Thank you for your interest in this excellent wheel with a history of minimal use. There are minor surface marks. A 25C Challenge Strada tire is included. The tread shows minimal wear. The tire may not hold air and the glue may need to be re-done after a long period of storage. The tire is included to protect the rim during shipment. The rim runs round and true with even spoke tension. The brake tracks appear unworn.
