  • Condition: Vintage 27" wheel set with Ridiga Blue Label rims and Normandy 78 stamp high flange hubs. Panaracer tires look vintage, may need replacing, might be ok. Rigida rims are not perfectly true, are close. These blue label I've found are usually very damaged, this set is much better than most. Our wheels ship well packed in a new box. Hubs spin well, have not been inspected, may need service. Some measurements shown in pics.
